I was highly satisfied with the Arlington store sales associate Chelsea she was very friendly and patient while make my choices. I was dissatisfied with some of the selections. I wanted the alphabet symbol dangle K and it was discontinued at the store. The other alphabet symbol I didn’t like. There were other charms that wasn’t available anymore. She did suggest to go online,maybe I will.

Pandora did not have a 50 years milestone celebration of no event. I turned 50 years old this year and I purchases yearly milestones. Pandor did not even have any 0 charms whereas I could have created it with two charms of 5 & 0. The sales clerk stated you will not be sending out those type of milestones. 50 is a BIG achievement in this timeframe of life, so I was very disappointed in the selection. I purchased a birthday charm which is cute but still does not show off my big year. I have 2 bracelets and I use one for those milestone years.

The associate was rude and seemed bothered that we were in his store. His responses to my questions were not directly insulting but the insult was implied. I will likely buy my Pandora charms through another retailer such as Jareds in the future.

came into store was hoping to see mari but they said she dosent work there anymore, its hard to find good people and she was the best.

I had a question regarding a ring I had purchased about a year ago (a set of 3); I wanted to go up a size on 1 only. The price to go up a size was too much and I kept hearing from the associate “I don’t know, I don’t know…”

This store is a hit or miss. They have very few associates that are friendly they do not greet or acknowledge everyone when they come in. You can sit there for 15 minutes without anyone saying one word(with a customer or without). Some of the ladies are very nice but most of them are rude
