The sales persons we're very busy and didn't seem knowledgeable about the items in stock.

I felt rushed through my process. Also none of the items I wanted was in stock. After I checked out I had a question for an associate and was ignored. The person I asked the question to did not acknowledge me at all after I spent my money. I will NEVER return to this store. All of my purchases will be made with another store.

I had my eye on a silver charm but then went with a gold one. I would of liked for the employee to have told us the price of the charm. We did not discover the price of the charm until we were at the register. The charm was $400 and that was surprisingly expensive.

I wasn’t greeted upon entering the store and there were several associates available. I had to ask for help and the lady wasn’t available; however, Brooke interjected and was made her self available to assist me. She was very helpful.

Store is a little small and of course it was a bit crowded being the holdidays.

The store I visited only had one of the clips I wanted. The sales associate checked for availability at other stores in the metroplex. The other stores had plenty. I wanted to pay for the clips and pick them up later once the Arlington store received them. However, the manager said they couldn't have them sent to the store. She said they weren't doing special orders (?). This means I'd have to drive an hour to 2 hours more (round trip) that night to take advantage of the special.

The birthstone necklace that my granddaughter wanted was not available, she bought the birthstone ring but the 2 rings that go with it to complete the look were not available in her size. The sales person said we would have to drop by or call every day to see if these items were in.

I didn’t have a problem in pandora. Everything was great. I’ll most likely return again.
