First, they couldn't put the charms out on the counter for me to look at them - that was annoying. The booklet was falling apart and the associate kept having to look at the prices.

I the merchandise I wanted was not in stock so I had to choose other item.

The employee were not friendly or helpful at all and somehow rude,and she doesnt know what earrings do they have in the store. She was clueless and i was telling her what to do!!!! I was going to leave the store without buying anything. They didnt welcome me when i entered nor asking me how can i help you!!!

There is no need to be highly satisfied everything was fine when I went into the store and made my purchase.

I only visited the Pandora store because my mother wanted to make a purchase. There were more sales associate than customers in the store, but several were at the cash registers instead of helping the customers in the store. The store was extremely HOT! My mother observed the thermostat set on 78. There were a line of Pandora bags on the floor next to a wall. Find a better place or purchase a table to set the bags on instead of storing them on the floor. Other than that the sales associate was very friendly and professional. Check out was quick. This was my first purchase of Pandora jewelry.

I love Pandora and this store is close to where I live.

Need more sales, the price of charms are pretty high compared to others like Avery. Just over priced more sales and not buy 2 get one free, like 20 percent of a charm or 10 percent. Even with the survey I have to spend a 100 just to enjoy 10 dollars off....come on. I love Pandora but I'm not the only one who feels this way.
