Pandora Jewelry

I wish there was more of a selection of charms. Every one I wanted from the catalog they didn't carry in the store.

I was not highly satisfied because there was a long wait time for me to get assistance. The merchandise I was looking for was also sold out.

Did not have inventory for items advertisied

The salesperson was attentive. The salesperson was willing to research my request. The salesperson did not pressure me to buy additionally.

The bracelet I bought was tagged as $80 on display but the sale person charged me $90. I didn’t notice it until after I left the store and looked at the receipt by that time I was on my way to the airport to fly back home. I would have returned to the store to have it corrected if I would have noticed it sooner. I truly feel like that sales person did not care to know the merchandise or the current pricing on it. She also only gave me a grand total so I didn’t notice that she charged me the wrong price cause I purchased other charms as well.

Although I love pandora I just think the jewelry is expensive especially the charms but where else can you go if Pandora is where you got your bracelet then the charms from there is inevitable.

I didn't get a bag for my purchase, I spent more than $100 not to get a box to store my purchase or a bag.

not all of the merchandise was out. using the catalog was not helpful.

Two associates working tending to one customer. I walked Pandora in circles for 4 minutes without being acknowledged by either associate. If I wasn't there to purchase a specific ring, I would've walked out.
