There is nothing that I was not highly satisfied with. If anything I would say that everything went smoothly with my purchase. I love the fact that I was able to wear it out of the store with no issues.

There’s an opportunity to improve to the highest quality.

I only wished that the prices were not so high. If Pandora was a little more reasonable I probably would buy more than one charm at a time and once I fill that bracelet up I’ll start another one. Pandora has great charms and bracelets but so expensive. That’s why I’m not highly satisfied. Also, you have to spend $100 just to get ten percent off. That’s not enough.

Because the girls are not very friendly and out merchandise was damaged. Had to go to another to exchange the next day.

The staff was friendly. Moving through the store wasn’t easy, the location was way too small. Nice place to buy a slightly overpriced gift, but overall a good customer service experience

I frequent the Arlington Tx. store and it is quite small in the suite. There is hardly any room to move around when they are busy. A love my charm but I do think that they are a bit pricey. Having a promotion code is good but you have to spend a hundred dollars just to get ten dollars off. Suggestion: If you buy merchandise and take the survey within seven days you get a ten dollars off code toward your next purchase.

Limited stock , everything i wanted to purchase they were out of. Which made me settle for less than what I wanted. I was also unable to shop with my Birthday coupon I was unaware of the online only .
