I was medium satisfied with my visit because the lady I got wasn’t sure of what I was talking about and gave me a weird face but she was nice

Did not have my ring size available on the ring I wanted

Wonderful experience wanted to get my wife something different for her birthday so I got her a charm bracelet with a few charms to start she loved it!!!!

The return experience was not great. I was told by customer service that you can't return in stores but store told that you can return in the store. So, return should be made much more seamless

I have fat fingers and you only have rings size 10!!! Please have fat people ringsssssss!

The wait time is extremely too long

I understand the need to social distance during these times but staff should be kinder considering we are still trying to patronize businesses. Be attentive when using a different set of rules for service in store.

The location, although very clean and inviting, is very small. Therefore, every time there is a sale of any nature the crowd is a little difficult to manage. Other than that, this time around I didn’t had any complaints with the sales person.

During cleaning the stone in my wishbone ring fell out and it wasn’t missing before cleaning.
