I was highly satisfied with my visit to Pandora. The associate was super friendly and very patient. Had everything I wanted didn't have to order anything

Not very much selections of merchandise.

Sale woman need to show enthusiasm when serving the public. No smile No suggestions just there.

It was my second visit in two days. The first time I was there with a friend and we were buying our friend a gift. The manager at the store was unfriendly and we advised her someone was waiting to enter store. She said she would get to her and continued placing her online food order. She happened to wait on us again the next day and was helpful different attitude from day before. I think she might have noticed the bad yelp review my friend gave her the day before.

Better customer service.

The heart ring I was planning to purchase was not in stock.

It took way to long to enter the store. Many people started leaving due to the wait. I found that it is better to buy online or not at all.

Great customer service. The store associate were available even while waiting in line to enter the store. They were welcoming and nice. And lastly, the employees were organized keeping social distancing as best as possible.
