Everything was good charm didn't stay on had to exchange it

I don't speak and listen English well, so I only understand very little. But the saleswomen was patient to introduce products.

I was satisfied what more do u need? the person who assisted me was excellent and did a great job. She has no bearings on the merchandise it is what it is. She did a very good job and the charms are the charms.

The only reason I wasn't highly satisfied was Pandora doesn't take an E Visa gift card. Please update your system to accommodate this.

The COVID-19 restrictions but I appreciate the precautions

The girl that was assisting me seemed bother by me asking for help. I wasn’t greeted at all.

There was a long wait time. Partly due to Covid but also due to there not being enough staff to help the customers. I visited the Hurst location and they have more of a selection than this store. I wish they had more of the newer charms and more staff.

I understand that the store needs to have covid protocols in place. But only allowing 2 people into the store at a time creates long wait times. I was there for a specific reason and knew what I wanted. I could’ve been in and out but because I had to wait in a huge line outside the store it took way longer than it should’ve.

First off the speed of service was poor. I understand COVID but the wait time was ridiculous & the workers are just there they have no sales drive.
