I was highly satisfied with pandora y’all had so many lovely rings the one I choose at the end fell in love with once I tried it on I knew it was the one to take home the other ones I wasn’t the satisfied with it the gold ring with a heart on it and the ring with a blue heart In it i really expected it to me a little bigger in the center peace but other than that it was lovely but thank you for my purchase I love it.

Was not acknowledged by either salesperson. The salesperson that helped me was not very knowledgeable, as the other one. When I showed her what I wanted she immediately said it was discontinued. I bought what I went in for.

I placed a order and when I went to pick it up I was told to go to the other store for the engraving. I asked the price and was told it was free. I get to the other store and after waiting 2 hours in line I find out the charm I had was engravable but they didn't have the plate. I was told I would have to buy another charm that was higher and also would have to pay for the engraving. Wasnt planned and was a inconvenience since I asked customer service and the store about this before all this happened.
