The wait time was extremely long. There were not enough associates to meet the demand. A few customers left due to the extended wait.

The associat was friendly but she wasn't very assertive, she wasn't offering, I would have to asking, she lacks motivation.

Prices at check out is $20 more than marked on the items and in the display case. No musical charm choices, no professions. Price increase is way too much. If I had more time to shop, I would not have made this purchase.
