I came in just to browse and ended up getting a few charms with a help from a lovely sales associate named Marissa. Anything I asked her about the charms or pricing she knew. A very nice and funny employee that I had a pleasure of meeting. I'm looking forward to be back at this Pandora location in Texas!

I didn't technically return an item. They had to do an exchange for inventory purposes. I needed a specific sized bracelet that I was buying a set and it was not available in a pre built set. They were super nice and easy to work with. I will definitely go back to this store and visit the associates for future purchases. I truly appreciate their kindness and their help.

Customer service was EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable staff and went out of their way to help me in making my final decision! I was helped by Randall and Brittany and both were fantastic! Marissa my sales associate was very nice, knowledgeable and just an inspiration for my experience. I am very satisfied with the finished bracelet and very appreciative to Marissa for her suggestions and guidance.

I love the bracelet and charms. I just wish the sales girl would have told me there was going to be a discount starting in a few days that was sitting on the counter that I saw as I was walking out the door. I spent $181. I would have loved her telling to give me the option to wait a day or continue.

I walked in and was attended quickly. The lady helping me was super sweet and very helpful. She knew exactly what I wanted. very happy!

Loved the service need more people to attend to customers but very friendly and if prices were better I would be more satisfied
