My boyfriend brought me a ring and earrings from a Nashville store, the ring was too small so I exchanged both. The lady was super helpful and very nice. She spent almost an hour with me helping me find what I wanted.

The employees were all very kind, especially the one who was helping me out. Everything looks very clean and they go out of their way to look for whatever you have in mind.

I wasn’t quite sure what my ring size was when I went into the store but the sales associate that assisted me helped me figure out my size. After that I showed him what rings I was interested in and had me try them on as well to see if the fit was right. I was able to get 2 out of the 3 rings I wanted.

The service was very good...salesperson knew exactly what I was asking for, let me try it on. They offered to clean my current bracelet which was appreciated. The sales person offered me several options for charms.
