They had a system. It was clean and organized. The sales associates were very pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was I was only entitled to one free gift per person instead of every $125.00 you spent a free gift. I probably would have purchased more.

The store was very clean and neat. The sales associates greeted me as soon as I walked in. The sales associate Jade was very friendly and offering me very good recommendations for mt daughter and sister.

Pandora provides a unique and fulfilling shopping experience. I even had my other Pandora jewelry cleaned while I shopped.

I'm extremely satisfied, because the sales associate was a gentleman with incredible knowledge about jewelry in general. He was attentive, kind, and as he was explaining all my questions, he took all my pandora jewelry off and polished them. No one had ever done that before! He can definitely sale ice to an Esquimo. I left happy with some jewelry for myself and also, beautiful selections for my mother's Christmas gift.

I didn't have any problems while there. The associates know exactly what they are doing and know everything if it's available or not. They also explain very well how to purchase and keep the product clean.
