I had no experience with picking out what my gf would like, the pandora associate took the time to tell me what she would like. And also instructed me to ask a friend. The whole process was helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional, specifically the sales associate named Abigail. I found what I needed and transaction was handled quickly.

My charm had broke and I have already replaced it once and it broke again and I was able to switch it out for a different charm with no problem at all. Abigail was beyond helpful and very friendly

They had eveything in stock that I wanted.

Because y’all have face service great communication y’all are nice and making sure y’all can find the best fit for your costumers and that was very kind for me

Angela was very kind and knowledgeable of the store. She greeted us with a smile and kept a conversation going. She found what we were looking for, and got us taken care of quickly. Bravo to miss Angela !

I employee was attentive. I bracelet that I wanted they didn’t have it, but they contacted another store and that had it. I still got another bracelet instead because the other store was to far. She compared charms for me
