Hillari is an EXCELLENT sales associate. She has gotten to know me and what I'm looking for and what I like. Whenever I'm in the store I ask for her so that I have a personal shopper. She is fast and very courteous while making sure to go above and beyond to get what I'm buying that day.

The staff was very friendly. They greeted me when I walked in. They made checkout very easy and explained the free cleaning.

The employee knew what I was looking for. She was very generous in showing me everything I wanted to see. She gave me different options and recommended me to different charms that was in the area of What I wanted.

Nina was extremely nice and professional and solved the issue with my charms that were purchased for the Sister that broke. Her professionalism and the manner in which she cared for me mad me feel good and respected as a loyal customer.

Pandora has great staff and make it super easy to go in and grab what I wanted. The woman helping me knew exactly where my ring was and picked the size for me perfect
