My sales associate at The Parks Mall in Arlington TX, took care of me from start to finish. She made sure I had every thing I came in for & tried several combinations of charms to make sure my bracelet was perfect. I was very happy with the service I received.

One of my choices from my company's, Printpack, catalog for years served was the Pandora bracelet. I first looked on line to see what charm I wanted. When I went to the store, i didn't see it. But your sales associate located it for me. I was sooo happy it was in stock.
