As soon as I walked in the salesperson, Gina, was there with a smile and was very helpful as soon as I stepped foot in the store, she was really friendly and I felt like she knew what she was talking about.

I was satisfied because the sales associate had knowledge of what looked good. She help me find what I need to find. She also was very welcoming.

The sales associate Italya was very informative. Italya explained the importance of the clips on the bracelets as well as how to properly store the charms and bracelets. The store was very clean and well organized.

She's kind, she listens, she treats everyone like they are (or will be) her best customer, she's a problem solver (e.g. when merchandise isn't available at the store). My daughter visited on a different date wanting to make a purchase, but the store was out of stock and the associate didn't offer any further assistance.
