Pandora Jewelry

As given this being my first time buying from pandora, I never knew how easy the process was. From when I had walked into the store I felt like a princess/queen. Everything was so smooth and any question I asked, they were always answered.

I received a Pandora bracelet and charm as a retirement gift from some co-workers. They were unable to get it engraved on-line or in Salt Lake City. I tried the North Park mall Pandora and she was no help at all--just said they didn't do engraving but didn't offer to help. At the Arlington Parks location not only were they very helpful but Mari went out of her way to try to custom drawer my company's logo on the charm. While we were not successful with the custom engraving she was able to create a charm I love. She had to try 3 times because the machine had some problems but she said she didn't want me to leave unhappy. I really appreciate all she did to help

I bought a ring during Black Friday online but the wrong size, went to the cedar hill location exchanged it for my my size upon delivery so same day. 2 weeks later & The diamonds on my ring kept falling off & the store didn’t have my ring size so my name was added to a wait list for 01/23. Never received a call, went to the store & manager there was rude, said my warranty had expired & the diamonds falling off was not covered by my 1 year warranty. I did not mind paying the difference for a new ring, but manager denied, said she there was nothing she could do, I had to buy a new ring & said to talk to customer service maybe they’ll help me. Called another store location in Arlington, found out I WAS in WARRANTY, I could exchange my ring, I paid the difference, the staff there was SO NICE & understanding. I’m SOOO HAPPY with my new ring which I LOVE! I’m so thankful for MONA, MARI & NATALIE ❤️ best believe I will go shopping again on my next paycheck!!!

The service was really good!! The girl that helped me was really sweet and made my purchase at pandora really easy and fast! Overall, my im very satisfied with my purchase!

The service is always exceptional the staff is friendly and attentive to my needs. They willingness to help is important.

The customer service was Great! Had a good Valentine’s Day deal, really showed me what I was really interested in versus what I wasn’t. Was patient and understanding.

I was greeted upon entrance. The wait for a sales associate was less than 3 minutes. Once she assisted me she was very friendly and informative.
