We were greeted immediately and the sales clerk was very friendly sand helpful. She was very knowledgeable and seem to know exactly where everything was. I came to the store to replace a lost bracelet and charms and the associate was good at finding the right replacements for the charms that had been retired. She was enthusiastic and passionate about the merchandise, and it was evident she loves working st Pandora!!

I am very satisfied with this visit. The sale person is kind and friendly. She is professional and is able to answer my questions and finds my needs quickly. Will definitely come back again and recommend to my family and friends.

Great customer service and friendliness of team.

When walking in the store we were quickly approached and asked what we needed help with. I saw an ad for a new bracelet and was shown all the color options and was able to try them on. Once I decided on a bracelet I didn't know what charm to get to start with and the associate recommended my initials. I loved the simple idea and eventually ended up getting two initial charms. I was also told about the promotion going on so I saved alot of money at the end of the day which I always appreciate.
