Right when we walk in, theres always someone who greets us right away and asks if we need help. We were able to get in and get out with what we wanted with the help of our sales person.

The sales associate Tracy was very patient and helpful. They really did not have exactly what I was looking for because some of the older charms were no longer available. Tracy helped me figure out other options. I will definitely be back to buy more stuff

Jade is very friendly and helpful. She knows her product! I was there the day prior and one of the newer lady (Sierra) really isn't helpful. I've been in the store like 4 times this past month, and this newer lady has "helped" us but can't recommend anything when asked for suggestions. I feel if I'm in the store, the sales people should be able to recommend/suggest if asked.

When we visited Pandora it was very busy with several customers but the friendly staff in the store made the environment very welcoming and assisted all customers in an organized matter. Our sales associate was friendly and patient in showing us all of our options. This store is doing great!

They was very friendly and got to me as soon as I walked in and told me about the sale and showed me some clips which I loved and over all cleaned the bracelet I took in and made it look nice and showed me the cloth that had chemicals in it to clean it at home and told me how to clean with dawn soap

The customer service people are always very friendly. I like the way they offer to help you instead of just askin what you want. Very informative, and pretty.
