I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience because the SA that helped me was demonstrating me the matching jewelry pieces to the necklace my boyfriend got me. She was very nice and such a sweet girl. She knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to the jewelry pieces and made the experience overall more than great. Nice, easy, and fast!

went to the store to help my brother choose an anniversary gift for his wife .. the sales associate Medina showed sincere interest was not pushing the sale - she was very attentive, friendly and gave lots options to choose from.

The ladies took extra care and attention packaging my items. They also tried calling another location to obtain jewelry boxes on promotion as they were already out of stock. They promised to include me on the mailing list for future special events.

Associate was nice and made a call to the nearest location to find me some charms that were not currently at the location. It was great way to go above and beyond and never pushed a sell which made me buy something at the location as well as buy remaining charms from the location she suggested.
