I might exchange one of the charms I bought for the same one. I noticed a detail that seems to be broken or defected. It is no big deal, as long as they will let me exchange it.

I can't in searching for an anklet, the sales associate told me how they did not have some at the store and proceeded to give me recommendations. She ended up giving me a adjustable charm bracelet that would do the trick as an anklet and was very helpful in selecting a perfect charm for the occasion.

The lady that attended me and my husband, was so friendly and very helpful. As soon as we walked into the store she asked if we needed help with anything and immediately pulled out the charms I was looking for. Everytime I go to pandora everyone so sweet and helpful.

I visited the NorthPark Mall (Dallas, TX) store on 08/17/2019 to have my bracelets cleaned and to purchase a gift for myself. When my bracelets were returned to me that did not appear to have been cleaned at all. I decided to visit the Parks Mall (Arlington, TX) instead of returning to NorthPark Mall. The service was much better and the staff was friendly. I will likely not visit the NorthPark Mall location again. The experience was not pleasant. My visit to Arlington was much better and they actually cleaned my bracelets!
