Pandora Jewelry

This was my second time at this store and I am very impressed with the friendliness and care of the retailers. I had to wait a few minutes before entering the store but I was happy because they followed the recommendations on social distancing.

The rings that they had were very beautiful and I also liked the necklaces with the little jewelry and the bracelets are affordable and very comfortable .

Due to a mishap in reading on the Sephora website I had to go into the store to exchange the spacers I got, for a new charm. The sales associate took my temperature at the door and was very polite in asking my accompanying party to wait outside due to their higher temperature from coming inside after being in the sun. While in the store, the associate was helpful and knowledgeable about the charms that would fit on the specific bracelet and we were able to make the exchange very quickly.

The store had plenty of steps to keep the customers & employees safe with the Covid-19 restrictions. The association that assisted us was very friendly, helpful & knowledge about the products we asked her about. I really like this location in the Parks Arlington Mall, TX. The associations are always friendly & helpful.

I liked the customer service it was very good. The ring I got is nice and pretty. I will be going back.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because of the knowledge that the employee had. She was very helpful and courteous. They were following COVID-19 guidelines.
