I was highly satisfied because the custom service was very great. Everyone was so nice and welcoming into the store.Over all everyone was sweet. I loved it there. It was so pretty inside very well decorated .

During my visit, the sales associate was very friendly. She made she that I was satisfied with everything I picked out. She even suggested items for me to purchase. Just great customer service overall!

Erin was really nice she helped me and sized my finger. She was very helpful and she gave me pricing on a bracelet. Overall it was a really great experience.

I went to the mall on a whim so I didn't have my bracelet. But the associate still was able to find the charms for my bracelet. I showed her my wish list and she removed items not compatible with my bracelet. I was very pleased. I bought two charms. I was only disappointed when the associate told me my coupon was only good for online purchases.
