First time shopping Pandora and other than one item I was hoping to find being out of stock I was completely happy with the overall experience considering all the changes and precautions currently in place due to the pandemic.

The lady that filled my order was wonderful. She wanted to make everything look just the way I wanted it. The lady on the phone to confirm my order was very patient with me as I needed to change my mind a time or two. I will definitely be back to PANDORA thank you all

Sales rep was extremely pleasant I asked to see 2 items and based on the type of gift (birthday) she brought a 3rd item, the birthstone for the month which ended up being the one I purchased She was extremely knowledgeble with the products and while she offered additinal items to go along with the purchase, it was not at all a pushy sales pitch

I had gone to the store in cedar hill, Texas where the 3 employees acted like assisting me was a real struggle, there were no other customers in the store. I went to the store in the Parks Mall, Arlington, Texas and although I had to wait a short time to enter the store, Safa could not have been more kind or professional .
