The bracelet I purchased was available. Clerk cleaned my charms from the old bracelet and placed them on my new bracelet. I appreciated this extra effort.

I believe the young lady’s name was Amanda. I spoke with her in the phone and she had exactly what I wanted ready and she had an excellent recommendation for an extra charm that I purchased as well.

The process was smooth and easy to wait and they had what I need at the time

I wanted to buy spacers but the associate hand picked a few clips. It was only after I spoke to another associate that I was able to get the charms I came for. The associate never pulled out the tray and didn’t seem interested in selling charms.

I love Pandora, just a little pricey too me.I do wish they would offer more discounts.
