i was highly satisfied bc the guy helped me build my first bracelet and he was very kind in offering charms that would look good on my bracelet

I came into the store for cleaning & to replace a chain on which the lobster clasp spring had broken. I was disappointed to learn that you no longer carry that chain & could/would not repair or replace it for free. The friendly & knowledgeable associate, however, knew the inventory well & presented some comparable options. Even though it didn’t have all the same features, I bought a new chain for my locket & the associate happily cleaned my bracelet & locket while I browsed the store.

The knowledge of the staff. Very cordial and engaging. They listened well and responded to my questions in a positive manner .

Kacynthia G. was an awesome worker. She even got me to buy something I wasn't going to and I love it more than what I planed to get. Now, my sister is planning to come to this store because she didn't have the same experience at the store she went to. Plus, this store does personalized charms which is what I got and I didn't know until Kacynthia told me. She was very friendly and knowledgable. My father passed away last month and my charm is personalized for him. I appreciate her help and telling me they had personalized charms instead of just the regular dad charm. I'll still purchase that one at a later date but love this one.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a gift from here, but had no idea what to get. Thanks to the help of the associate Amanda, I was able to find the perfect gift for her. It made her cry in happiness and that was worth every penny.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable of products and didn’t force a sales pitch nor a product that we weren’t looking for. Great service and attitude as well!!
