Associate helping was very nice and she was helpful. She measured my daughter's wrist and then worked to find the correct size and make her happy. The only thing that I wish was different is the lack of merchandise.

Customer service was great- the team was willing to do things twice if needed in order to ensure I received a quality, engraved charm.

Great customer service, the ring I purchased is beautiful

As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a friendly associate that was able to assist me right away. We came in to get charms for the birthday crew ( 3 best friends celebrating their birthdays together). The sales associate and the crew chatted it up, while we made our selections and she cleaned our bracelets for us. She was informative about the discounts my friends could receive as healthcare members, which really enlightened us. All in all it was a great experience, didn’t take too much time, and we walked out feeling special.

For the service and the sales women are awesome !!
