The customer service was amazing! She was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. She assisted us with selecting a bracelet and even gave general ideas on sizing (my mom wasn't present to be measured). The size was PERFECT!!!

I needed a last minute gift for my boyfriends mother, and we came in to Pandora, hoping to find a charm for her new Charm-bracelet. His mother‘s kind of picky and he halfway don’t know what she will or won’t like so it was on to be an adventure. Immediately upon entering the store, Harmon greeted both of us and began showing us different selections based off of what we were giving her. we were able to locate the perfect charm and purchase it. She even offered for us to save 10% by signing up for credit card. This is truly an invaluable employee one that I would want to keep around. Thank you so much for her assistance this evening it wouldn’t of been the same without her. This is definitely a wonderful memory that she is able to be a part of. Now I just hope the mother likes the charm.

I was highly satisfied. My salesperson Herron K. Although customer requested first, I let Ms.K know ahead of time I was ready for her to solve my purchase. The customer was rude & disrespectful as well as, the old caucasion lady who works there looked at my sister & I rudely, she apologized for her & the customers actions. I will recommend her to all my acquaintances!
