The store was very clean and the associate was very knowledgeable.The selection of jewelry was great. The store associate assisted with signing up my mom so the next time someone wants to buy her a charm to add the bracelet it will be easy to pick something she doesn't have.

The sales representative Angela was knowledgeable and kind and very efficient to accomplish her job. The manager as well did an amazing job very helpful friendly and professional treating us. My 16yr. Old daughter mentioned they are so nice. Her words. I definitely recommend this store and it’s friendly employees.

I came in to get 1 item an left with more. Mona was the one who assisted me she was super friendly and amazing. It took me a little longer to decide on what ring I wanted an she was so helpful with a smile the whole time. Best customer service EVER !!

I enjoyed the whole process, we started with getting my pandora ear rings cleaned. Then she helped us pick out a bracelet as well as a couple of charms we also got them engraved.
