I was paying and never on a million years have i ever been asked for my id to make a transaction. I had to ask her if i was white would you have ask for my id . It was so crazy from the time i entered she asked me if i came in to browse. I had to keep my co and tell her no to buy and browse. I felt sk low luckily my id wasnt in my car

I have a Mickey bracelet to exchange and I couldn’t due to the store didn’t have the correct size so I exchange with Different bracelet and a charm I ask if they can honor the promotion I have before with my bracelet due to the inconvenience of not having the right size, the answer was you can check in other stores wish I already have and they don’t have the right size.So they didn’t onor I paid full price for the new one I was disappointed. The agent call the manager to do something in the register and she didn’t look at us or adnoledge us she came in did was she has to and left like it was a huge inconvenience for to get off her office. That make me more disappointed and make think do I really want to shop here. I got other merchandise from this store and is the closest one to my house they need a bid change on customer service starting with the manager, even my husband notice and he told me why do you even buy anything here hopefully you are able to fix this matter thank you

My sales associate was upset about it being so full. First of when showing me a charm she said that it was an expensive charm when i did not ask for the price, I then sakd I wanted it and she said. Are you sure because tbis is a 90.00 charm?. I had to then say yes for a second time. After paying she did not give me a warranty card or a white box for my charm bracelet one that was a gift and paid well over 300.00 for it. Horrible service overall and treated as if I could not afford the products I was asking for.

The associate who helped me was very cold and somewhat rude, made a horrible face every time I asked for see a piece. Not friendly at all

Online shopping. I filtered the search to charms I thought petite charms were just smaller charms. When it came in, I realized that it would not fit on her charm bracelet. When purchased online, I wish it said that it was for a locket! Also, when I checked out I picked the option that said 3 day shipping. Which I expected it to come in the latest 4 days. Not anywhere on the check out page that it said it would need two days additonal to process before shipping out another 3 days. This caused it to not come in time at the time I needed it to be in. This " processing period" I only found out when I called in and she showed me where it was on a Faq page. Like wtf. This is not first time shopper experience friendly. I felt like everything was very deceiving. It did not come in on time and when it did come in, it was for a locket charm. Like can u add that to ur merchandise page when I'm looking at it. Like add petite charm for locket ??? THEN on top of it being late and not the right one, it forced me to have to drive to the store and the coupon I used to originally purchase the locket will no longer work.t was a horrible first time experience.

I was very dissatisfied with my Experience because the sales associate was very rude when I asked how much the bracelet was she said it was $90 her tone of voice was very rude and she seemed like I couldn’t afford. and I didn’t purchase it that day so I went back and she was there again and I asked how much was the same bracelet that I asked for last time and she said it was 150 and I purchased it .

Store manager had associate Take all my items from the gift boxes and put in Tissue paper bc I didn't spend a certain amount

I was quote a price for clips and given the catalog with the same price i was quoted but was charged more than pruce listed. I came back to inquire why i was charged more and Brittany gave me a hard time and said it was nothing she could do. After calling her district manager she gave me a price adjustment, which was what I requested in the first place.
