Tuve mi primera mala experiencia comprando en pandora, especificamente en pandora en la tienda ubicada en 3811 south cooper street #2136 en Arlington TX 76015. El servicio al cliente por la sales representative Erika V con #184646 fue pesimo esta persona tiene 0 en calificacion con servicio Al cliente fui por un regalo para mi hija y los deseos de ayudarme fueron minimos en todo momento me decia que los productos no los tenia adicional tratando mal a sus cliente con una actitud muy negativa y arrogante. Definitivamente ni yo ni mi familia volveremos a visitar esa tienda. Nos llevamos una super decepcion en esa tienda ya que en las otras tiendas pandora que hemos comprado anteriormente nunca nos habia pasado.

The salesperson was rude, ask to see a charm that was the last one. Rudely ask do you want to see it or are you going to buy it. Same attitude when asked to see other charms. Made my experience uncomfortable to say the least.

I usually go to the Pandora in clear fork and had to go to the one at the Parks Mall in Arlington bc they did not have the bracelet and at first the associate was questioning the bracelet and saying it was not broke. So another associate looked at it and said it was then she was very irritated with us so we started working with another girl the one that said it was broken and they just kept asking that they did not see my bracelet on file and if I was sure I purchased I was you see all the charms and we got 3 other bracelets free bc of the deal that was going on and your calling us basically that we took it. I was very upset and she goes oh yeah I remember that promotion. Never the less I was not at all happy with the associates there and how we were treated.

The sales associate lacked knowledge and was completely unprofessional. When asked questions, she gave an attitude and no clear explanation. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The sales associate was just plain RUDE. First she directed us to the wrong part of the store for the rings and when another employee told us they were moved she told us “oh. Then there over there” instead of saying something like “I’m sorry, I didn’t realized they were moved”. She has no interest in helping us. Her attitude was awful. She looked at me crazy bc I knew the ring I wanted but didn’t know my size. I mean, she was just not welcoming AT ALL and I won’t be returning to this pandora unless I have to

I was very displeased and rushed off the entire service. My sales associates name was Erika V. She was very rude and made my visit terrible, she was not customer friendly or helpful.

I came into the Pandora located in the Parks Mall because my bracelet was broken. I stood in like for 10 minutes. Once I got in the store rather than offering solutions the associate suggested I make purchase of a safety chain and go to a jeweler to fix the bracelet.

This was the worse customer service i experienced out of all the locations i ever shopped from.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Pandora. This was my very first time being inside of the store making a purchase. The sales associates are very friendly and are very knowledgeable with what I was looking for. I will definitely be making more purchases with Pandora in the future. Also, the store was very causes on cleanliness during this unfortunate pandemic.
