Was waiting to be helped, and 10 minutes later they tell me I have to sign in! And I said how come no ONE said anything when i walked in!! Next time she gives me attitude we're going to have a problem!

The associate was not friendly at all. Acted like I was wasting her time. There was only one register. Didn't have the size I need and was supposedly on backorder. But she didn't even check. She didn't know the answer to my questions and gave wrong info about the product.

When we walked in Sales Rep asked if we needed help. I told her we were there for June Sale she directed us to two trays at the very end of the counter. We made our selections from two trays but then were told one of the six charms my daughters and I selected was not on sale even though it was in sales tray. We asked the sales rep if it would be given at sales price since store error but she refused. I believe store error it should have been given at sale price.

I purchased 5 necklace online for store pickup for my grandkids christmas present and went to the store for 2 days and they did not even open so I went online to try to buy them again and they where sold out !!!!

Totally highly satisfied with Olivia that saved the situation and treat us good. She should be the manager of the Store in Arlington Park Texas. I was wondering to know if I was able to change my bracelet and the manager do not heard me and stopping me before I asked and told us to wait and she take so long that we asked her: how long? And she get mad or idk that she take other costumers and send us to Olivia, thanks God she was nicer and smiling and make our visit on the store a better experience but even when the manager was helping to Olivia with so process on the system she doesn’t even look us, not even apologize or make our experience better. Olivia is the best and I appreciate that she didn’t discriminated us. Thanks Olivia! Continue being like that! :)

I went in with my sister and they completely disregarded her and ignored her the entire visit. And for me They answered very dryly. It was empty and not busy so like why were they so rude and acted like they had better things to do. I was going to buy charms but instead I just left

Very unprofessional workers no knowledge of the products I had to use my phone to show her that the item was in stock…I also purchased two charms the day before just wanted to exchange totally ignored and was asked when did you purchase and do you have you id…I got extremely angry 😡 no I’d was needed to purchase on the same debit card! Then the associate said what reason do you want me to put for the return really…first that’s your job I told her that I did not care what reason she put I already told you that I did not like the product it was just plan and didn’t have anion it with the pandora logo she just laughed and said I’ll just put customer satisfaction…I had already told her the reason so why was I ask what to put down for the return…next I guess she was the manager tall lady came over double checking to see if she was charging me the correct price I’m observing everything that they are doing the tall lady I’m assuming manager said O! I don’t like her! No I don’t like her about another customer sad!!! All the workers in the Parks mall in Arlington Tx have this same attitude therefore I will never purchase or recommend Pandora
