Waited in line 40 minutes while 2 sales conversed. I’m used to merchandise placed on top of counter for shoppers view. When I asked I was told I had to look in the showcase glass. After making purchase another assoc checked my receipt & compared to items I bought, I guess to ensure I didn’t steal anything. I felt like I was being profiled as a third the entire experience, but I still made a purchase.

I wanted to try on some earrings but was told n, which I understood due to the pandemic, but then 5 minutes later I see another customer had asked to try some earrings on and she was allowed to! Which was very discriminating

I made it very clear to the sales associate, Nya, that I was purchasing Christmas gifts for different people. Nya was quite lazy when it came to boxing as she boxed the charm and the safety chain together. Well considering they are not for the same person I am in need of another box. I have bought plenty of charms in the past and have never had anyone box them together. If there is a box shortage please inform me.

I went to the store to exchange a ring that the sales rep told me that I had 30 days to return item because I got it a little to small. So I got to the store and the ladie got my ring and stared to clean and clean the ring until it got king of yellow they she tells me I won’t be able to exchange it for you because the ring looks used and yellow so I told well I’m not taking this ring like that because I dint brought it like that and I ask to talk to the supervisor. I was so disappointed

Merchandise was mark with improper price. Sales associate didn’t have enough knowledge of the products. When we got to the end of the process and ready to buy the price jumped from $165 for a product to $250. When I asked them to honor the original price they told me they basically blew me off and made no attempt to correct the mistake. They left customers including myself waiting at the front for up to 5 min with little or no traffic in the store. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

I had an exchange from online order lady said it was online only couldn’t get my exchange with the coupon not very satisfied with the way she said it couldn’t even help.

Discriminated against; told I couldn’t try on any rings due to Covid-19, but after she realized I was purchasing something, she said I could try in rings.

My sales associate Sierra was rude! She acted as if doing her job was a burden. She was uninterested in helping me. I’d planned to spend way more than I actually did. Her attitude was so bad that I cut my visit short.

I googled the Arlington store location to make sure it was open before driving there. It indicated the store was indeed open for business. Upon arrival we were greeted by an associate who asked if my husband and I had masks. I stated no, then no entry to the store. So my husband had to walk all the way back to our vehicle and get masks! I work in a grocery store and we have to wear a mask every day. If your company is open for business and you compel wearing a mask for entry, put that information on the website so that customers are not compelled to walk back and forward to their vehicles. I was not impressed with the selection of charms available.
