There is always a sales associate available to greet you. The sales associates are patient and understanding while trying to make purchase decisions.

Very friendly

Mya was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. She helped my mom pick out her bracelets with ease. She also let my mother and I pick out what charms we wanted. She knew exactly what charm I was talking about with little to no description.

I am always highly impressed when I shop at this location, actually, it is the only location I shop at unless I am out of town. I believe that two of the sales people pretty much know what I like and point out new items that maybe I missed.

As always, Kaylee was extremely helpful.

My charm was replaced. I bought an addition 3 and was serviced by Eileen. Her service was great.

You sales associates are wonderful at the Saucon Valley location. I went in to buy a few items for a bracelet I have going for my brother who passed away. I really wish you would make a 'brother' charm.

My sales associate was Maura. I can say this is the first time I have had a pleasant experience at this location. Usually the sales associates are not overly friendly. Quite a few people i have spoken with have agreed that the staff is not friendly. Maura was so helpful and kind she would be the reason I would go back to this location.

Online pick-up was fast and convenient. I typically purchase online and have everything shipped but the charms i really wanted were sold out online. the pick up process was quick and easy.

The associates are very polite and knowledgeable about the product line. The store is well organized making it easy to find items. I have already recommended not only the order option but the store to a friend.
