The 3 women there were completely knowledgeable. Professional, too the point, very sweet n caring. This was my Mom n I 1st time in thus Pandora store, n we loveeee it😄🙃💖💝💔❣️ I cannot wait too come bak real soon to get more charms for our beautiful silver braclets, we bought !!

The salesperson was very helpful in helping us with our purchases. She even gave me help with a purchase I had made earlier.

The sales girl was extremely helpful and had alot of patience while I was picking out items .She tried several different charms on the necklace for me and offered great suggestion.

Super quick and friendly service. The store was clean. Love Pandora, started my daughter on a bracelet when she was 8, she turned 13 today. I've purchased charms that resemble celebrations in her life, birthdays, camp mascot, and other milestones. Always a go to!

So I walked in not knowing much about Pandora, other than that my friend wears her bracelet and that her birthday is approaching. I wanted to add to her charms for a gift. The associate was understanding, knowledgeable and educated me on many aspects of Pandora. I now want to start my own collection. LOL So I'm sending my husband in soon as my birthday is also in October. I already know which bracelet and charm I'd like to start with. I'll make it easy for him. LOL

Your staff is very friendly. Your staff will help pick out charms. Staff doesn't mind just answering questions even if it's a small purchase.
