I had a horrible experience at the pandora in freehold, so i came to this pandora and Joseline was the associate who made EVERYTHING for me so much better. she was SOOO patient with me she helped me pick out my first bracelet, so she helped me measure my size and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Love love love her

As I walked into the store I was greeted by the workers which made me comfortable, since it wasn't too busy I received immediate assistance. Had made great conversation with the assistant soit was good vibes.

The gentleman (don't remember his name) was wonderful and friendly with my return. I lefty my bracelets to be cleaned, they accidentally got sent home with another customer so they immediately called the customer. The customer returned them the next day and I went back to pick them up a day later. Priscilla was great about it and even recleaned them and balanced my charms after she helped me buy 2 more bracelets.
