I pitched three rings to wear as a wedding set. Has only been 6 weeks and I have had stones fall out of two of the rings. I am VERY disappointed with quality and expected better from Pandora!

Anna at the columbus pandora store was rude to my boyfriend and I. She pulled out the rings in my size but didn’t offer any help or opinions on the rings. I came into the store with a photo of another ring I had wanted and showed Anna, she said yeah we don’t have that in your size and that was the end of the assistance for my ring. I wasn’t even given a bag or box for my ring, I wanted to wear it out the store so Anna handed me the ring once I tried it on and confirmed it fit. She did not clean the ring prior to handing it to me so now I have to travel to another pandora store to get a box to properly store my ring.

The store manager and sales associate or non-caring that my merchandise credit card would not work and blamed the problem on a third party??? The store manager said there was nothing she could do and gave me a phone number to call which I have called twice and have not been able to speak to anyone directly nor have I received a call back.

I originally purchased a Radiant Teardrop ring, which tarnished completely within the 30 day warranty. I returned the ring via the UPS shipping label I was sent, however when Pandora received my return they forgot to place a new order, which I found out after I called them asking where my return was (it had been 3 weeks). I finally received a replacement ring, only to have it tarnish again after one wear.

I came into the store because pandora bracelet recently broke. The clasp that locks your bracelet snapped completely off. I had all the parts (3 parts; bracelet, clasp, small metal piece). I wanted a replacement bracelet

No effort made by associates to get customers in and out in an efficient manner. Lack of knowledge on stock of merchandise. Extremely slow service with no apology to customers. Many customers walked out of store due to the service.

My husband and I visited the Pandora store at the Polaris mall on 11/14/17, stopped to see what the Black Friday charm was. Spoke to Josette G and Manager stated that the Black Friday charm was a little red stocking, stated that we could buy it that day and so we did so we wouldn't have to fight to get one. Come to find out, it was just a 2017 winter Christmas charm. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service we received that day and I'm they just wanted to make a sale that day. With being a Pandora store, I would "assume" to get better customer service. I will never go back there or even suggest any one to go there to buy anything.
