The sale associate didn’t know that the bracelet that I was purchasing Was not on Discount after she ring me up for my bracelet and two charms about to swipe my card another sales associate told her she couldn’t ring that up because the bracelet that I was getting wasn’t on discount . So she had to change the order completely. Yes she showed me the ones that was on sale after the fact. She needs more training. But I purchase the items any way . She never I apologize for the mixup

The sales associate kept asking me to open a pandora credit card. I told her no 3 times. Very annoying.

I wanted to even exchange the same birthday charm in a different color. My grandma got me a bracelet set as a gift. She got me the birthday heart charm, but I already had that one. So I was just going to get a different gem stone. I really didn’t think it was a big deal if I didn’t have the receipt. Since it was a gift. I work in retail, and my store would have done that with no problem. I won’t be returning back to this store. The Easton store did the exchange for me no problem.

My "I Love Music" charm broke, causing me to lose a part of the charm .... twice. Very disappointing. Also learned that the charm is now expired. Frustrated.

When the sales associate approached us, she acted as if she did not want to speak to us. She waited until we had made two full laps around the store before addressing us. She was not with another customer she just stood in the corner. She was pushing us into purchasing things other then what we were there for, and was short and hurried with all her replies. She acted and looked very unprofessional, and treated us as if we were interrupting her day. She went through the entire purchase as if she were on autopilot. A bracelet that costs over $100 deserves much better service. Her service put a damper on the whole occasion.

The sales person we had was extremely short and curt. My wife tried on several bracelets and even though they were listed as the same size they fit totally different. Some were loose and some were very tight. My wife tried to convey here concern to our sales person but, I felt she just wanted us to buy something and leave. We had never purchased a pandora bracelet before and did have quite a few questions which seemed like a bother to our salesperson. I thought it was just my perception but, as we left my wife expressed the same concerns as myself. In defense of our salesperson the store was very busy with the Christmas rush. We ended up purchasing a bracelet and charms but,if we get any other charms we will probably go to another store.

The associate didn’t know where some of the charms I wanted were and had to get help multiple times. I didn’t know that they had to write everything on a paper then transfer me to someone else who wrapped it and transferred me to someone to pay for it. There was no system to put the stuff I bought down except for going back over everything after I bought it.

Sam, the manager was rude, did not explain and very condescending. I will return braceet that clasp is not functioning, sales associate did noty allow me to put on my own braceklet to test it

The sales associate gave me the wrong product (charm), and because of this I had to visit another location to correct the issue. Associates attitude was also dismissive and she lacked knowledge about products.

I bought three sets of beads for my girls for Christmas. I wrapped them and when my daughter opened hers it was empty. I have tried to call the stop by no answer! I relied on the salesperson for having it in the box!
