I was getting a refund for a bracelet i, brought for my granddaughter in Atlanta. I used afterpay for the first time. Sense shopping at pandora. I was addressed as you people by the sales associate. In regards to afterpay. This is the second time I have felt disregarded when shopping at this location. Then left me went to go help another customer I was not finished. Once she seen another associate helping me came over to say sorry she left me hanging with a smile on her face. I have spent to much money at pandora. To be treated disrespectfully.

I did not like going to buy this time because the person who attended me was very unfriendly and I did not feel comfortable with the attention, it was not like other times

I bought a gift for a friend. While packaging I asked if she has any other nicer bag and she refused saying that that’s the only bag we have. I walked out with what was handed over to me (the bag did not seem fresh) but I was dissatisfied with the bag and this returned back to store asking to replace the bag. Another associate was there and she happily said I would replace it and she took out a different variety of bag (which I asked earlier) I was surprised and told her that few minutes ago I was told this is not available. She said I’m sorry but we always have Thai. The lady who serves me was initially around but later went away and did not come out from the back office. I have been pandora customer for years now and I enjoy wearing. Packaging is important when you are going to give it to someone. I bought it for a friend and wanted to make sure it’s packed beautifully. Melanie totally disappointed me and made no extra effort.

Everytime i go to pandora they are really friendly and helpful ! what’s so ever this time it wasn’t like that , the worker that helped us was rude , i came for an exchange cause i had gotten the wrong size. right away she looked stressed and didn’t know what to do. i told her that i needed a size 7.9 but she was like i don’t know what that is , i just know it by 2,3,4. and she was like idk why by people don’t know it how i know it . and was super confused , at the end she said she couldn’t find that size . went online and said it was in stock so i asked another worker and she found the size i was looking for.

I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned the sales associate asked to wait 45 minutes so I walked around the mall. When I returned back to the store after (not receiving a phone call as I was told). The bracelet was not cleaned. I wasted my time.

The sales person charged me twice for the merchandise. I showed her on my phone that my credit card website showed two charges and she dismissed my concerns and said one of them would “drop” but it did not. I am still trying to resolve this double charge.

The original cashier/clerk was rude and close to disrespectful, treated us as if we did not have money. The clerk that took over the sale was very helpful. First clerk was ver discrimatory.

Was there just after opening. One clerk had just finished with a customer, the other clerk was on the phone looking up charms for a customer. First clerk was doing paperwork for quite awhile while we waited for service. We left the store and came back 30 min later and finally got service. Also the first clerk's appearance was one of just rolled out of bed, dirty long hair and an oversize dirty sweater on.Not the usual service that we usually get.

The Assistant Store Manager was completely unfamiliar with how to redeem coupon codes, redeem a Merchandise Credit - essentially how to complete my sales transaction. It was an unbelievably lengthy nightmare where I ended up leaving the store so she could make phone calls to other stores/associates to obtain assistance. After nearly 45-60 minutes, it was finally resolved.

Walked in, went to back of store to what was told the line. Blond started walking around writing names down in order of entry into store. Skipped me, 4 people who walked in after me were put on list ahead of me. I only needed to pay for my purchase which was on hold from previous day. Asked girl at register if she could ring me up, she said there was a line. Yes I thought I was in the line, waited 20 minutes. Someone should have been exclusively working register instead of helping people select merchandise and ringing them up. Case of I need my commission. Next time I will shop online instead of driving 20 minutes for mediocre service.
