Half the time I come into the Polaris Pandora they do not have the item I want. I either have to order from another store and wait for it in the mail or go to another store myself and get it. Also I spent over $200 and I did not get the promotional gift because they were out of that too. Very disappointing. There is still another full week of that promotion and they have been out of the gift since only 3 or 4 days in they said. Not very good planning.

The sales associate did not know where to look for the charms. I found the charm that i wanted myself by looking around.

My husband bought me a bracelet as a gift last summer. It’s a beautiful bracelet however it had a heart shape clasp closure. No many times I tried I was unable to open or close it. I even tried opening it with triangle thing that’s made for opening it. Since I couldn’t wear it we took it back and I had to buy ANOTHER bracelet with a different closure. This was a rather expensive solution. The sales lady was as nice as she could be. But I don’t think I will be buying any more pandora for this reason.

I was given the pacifier charm a year ago from my son and daughter in law, announcing their pregnancy and my becoming a grandmother - very meaningful:) I noticed yesterday that the pacifier was missing from th base of the charm. Needless to say I was upset, as the charm has very special meaning to my granddaughter. I actually have a second Pandora bracelet devoted to my granddaughter Macy:) I called the Polaris location, April attempted to assist me, but was not confident and couldn't locate my account or my daughter in laws account to verify the date the charm was purchased. She was being assisted by the store manager Gayla (I believe was her name). Explaining that the charm was under warranty for a year and since she couldn't locate our accts I would need to call an 800 number for assistance. I asked to speak with the manager since I was not happy with this response. We shop regularly in this location and I expected to be supported with an exchange. Gayla did agree to exchange the charm, but only after I insisted on speaking with her. This should have been offered to me initially which would have guaranteed a good customer experience. Thanks

The sales associate lacked knowledge when searching for specific piece. Not enough sizes. Would have expected more knowledge during this time of year.

Couldn't find what I was looking for at a reasonable price because I needed 2 of the charms & seemed to be a limited selection.

I took my rings in to be cleaned. I volunteered at an animal shelter and the woman gave me bleach and water to clean. On my drive home, I realized it was more bleach than water when I looked at my rings. The tarnish did not completely come off when I took them into be cleaned which makes me question the quality of the product.

I waited for a long time to be helped. No staff member greeted me upon entering, asked how I could be helped, or asked me to wait. A staff member was available and did not say anything to me as I waited. I approached the staff member and asked for help and she said that another staff would help me. A few minutes later, someone walked in the store and the staff member who refused to help me when I asked for help, procedeed to help the person who walked into the store. The selection of charms and other jewelry was very limited and the person who eventually helped me had to keep asking another worker for help.
