The store is very cramped.

There were a lot of customers in the store. I was on a time schedule, but the friendly service I received made it worth the trip.

I thourougly enjoyed my visit. The sales associates were swapping in and out in which I had to repeat to multiple associates what I needed however, they were very kind and accommodated me to the best of their ability.

I am highly satisfied with the store and the very friendly and helpful assistance I got. The sliver charm we bought is very cute, it would be even better if it didn't look "kind of rusty", which I realized on my way home, as I didn't have a chance to have a close examination in the store (my bad).

Took forever to get associate to wait on us, took another customer before us and was getting ready to do it again when another customer spoke up said we were there first. When we pulled up coupon Olivia got very short with us!? I love pandora but will probably not return to that store.

Our sales associates was wonderful. The other young lady was very standoffish and didn’t interact. We also spent a certain amount and we’re suppose to get a free bracelet and didn’t.

Been a long customer with pandora. Have bought rings, charms, brackets for all events here my go to store. I know staffing is an issue right now with more stores but to have one associate jumping back and forth and then a manager not enthused to be there definitely won’t be coming back.

did not pay attention and have us sign in until after we were in, then people jumped others in line and sales associates had no control. I was ignored and signed in but took husband who did not and was with me. JHe was standing at counter and i waited to sign in.

Honestly when my fiancée and I walked in, we were greeted and told to put on a mask. Fine, but we didn’t have masked with us. So we asked since masks were required if we could have one. This pandora didn’t have any. We came specifically for Pandora, and had to go on a hunt for a place that sold masks because of this. Even though we’re vaccinated. It was annoying and time consuming. When we came back though, the sales person that did end up helping us was very sweet.

There were 3 associates working (2 were in the back and came out to do something then back in while me and another customer were still waiting). 3 more customers came in after me and the person ahead of me . It wasn’t until 5 people were waiting that a second employee came to assist.
