I don't appreciate feeling like no one has time to assist me when shopping in Pandora. One of the sales clerks was so interested in another shopper she made me feel like I shouldn't or couldn't afford Pandora. I had to let her know I own several Pandora bracelets. I understand the store is small and the staff was limited but the feeling you get sometimes in the Polaris store isn't nice. I can afford to purchase anything I choose to in the store and I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm not worth the time. The other sales assistance was really nice and friendly. This isn't the first time I've felt like that in this store. Maybe it's the area and it shouldn't be. I shop there because I live close by. I appreciate the sales associates at the Easton location much better. Maybe they deal with different races of people all the time. Thank you.

They did not have my size in certain rings, I had to wait to check out and the store was too small for how popular is is.

Just getting to know Pandora.... Bracelet & first charm were a gift. Second, Third & Forth also gifts. Was pleased to get 3 charms, when only expecting one for my birthday. 3 @ 45% off sale made this possible.

The selection of the type charm I was looking for was minimal (only one, to be exact). I was not impressed by it. The salesperson had trouble connecting to the wireless system for check out, it slows your employee's and customer's process.

Very expensive merchandise. Not a large selection of what I was looking for and not great quality for the price.

The ring I was looking at was labeled wrong and when the associate approached the manager, the manager was cold and didn't apologize. The associate however was very nice and apologetic.

I went on Black Friday, so the slight chaos and mess was not the store's fault. However, when asking an associate for assistance picking a ring, she recommended one that was beautiful, but it said "I love you" on it (which I did not notice until after I purchased the ring, left the store, and then noticed a scuff and the words upon further inspection). So, I purchased a rather expensive ring, unaware of the fact that it was engraved that words that I didn't want on it, and I was given one that was scuffed/scratched before I purchased it, and now I will have to go through the hassle of a return or exchange.

Although I bought many charms and two bracelets I was not offered any discounts or made aware of any future sales that could have provided discounts
