In the past when I visited a Pandora store or shop where Pandora is sold the sales people have been happy to pull out trays of beads and charms for me to peruse. This was not the case on this last shopping experience.

The sales person was knowledgeable and courteous. It just took TOO LONG to get the application for credit completed.

My wife wanted the new charms that were in the most recent mailer sent to our house. The salesperson had no idea what I was talking about regarding the new spring/beachy-like charms.

I got all my pandora rings stolen recently, therefore I was hoping I could repurchase the ones that were taken. However, you do not sell them anymore so that was just disappointing to here.
