I think your prices are too high and there are not enough sales in-store. I think having an on-line sale but not in-store is confusing and a hardship.

I went to exchange a ring because when I was there 2 days previous the associate sized me incorrectly. She seemed to be more concerned with what was going on around her and just making a sale rather than making sure that my jewelry was the right fit and what I was interested in. When I went to exchange the ring they did not have it in the size I needed and said I would receive a call when they got it in. It's been a week now and I haven't heard anything.

The lady I worked with seemed very flustered. Everyone was in everyone's way and there wasn't enough of anything.

I understand there was a great sale, and they were really busy but it was too crowded. I knew exactly what I wanted so was able to get in and out, but there were some things I wanted to look at/possibly buy but didn't because it was just too busy. There was a wait list to get in, which I was fine with. But maybe since there was a wait list they should have let less people in at once. My family didn't even come into the store with me b.c it was so bad.

When checking out the sales associate was using the hand held sales device. After inserting my card it took 4-5 min waiting for processing. After 4-5 min the device cancelled and the sales lady had me reinsert my card and the wait process started over again. Once again it failed. Then we went to the register and she had no idea how to use it! Another sales lady came over and checked me out in 30 seconds! Why wasn't this used to begin with? Please note I was the only customer in the store at the time and wasn't a very busy shopping day. Thank you

Staff was great, I wanted to see the new contemporary collection and silver bubble collection but neither were available to see yet.

Lots of associates but it was busy. Took forever to load the purchase on iPad to check out. I had said size 7 but apparently the associate picked up a 7.5. Another associate came around to measure and realized it so she got me a 7. Took quite a while to finish and check out. Awesome that they wrapped it for me though!

No reason in particular, im a man buying for a female, the up sales, and closing techniques can be a little dis fruitful , but no complaints, I will return to the store.

While the associate that was helping me was extremely friendly, she was bringing me too many rings at once. I had one ring in mind that I was interested in, so having 9-10 others suggested as well as handed to me made me uncomfortable. When I picked my ring, the associate told me she would box it up for me. I purchased the ring, left the store with my package and once I got home, I opened the box to discover it was empty. When I called the store to inquire about where my ring was, the associate told me she was sorry and that "this happens all the time" and that she would call me right back. Over an hour and a half later with no call back, I decided to go back to the store to sort it out. I left with my desired ring, but not the size I had initially wanted. It was very inconvenient in terms of time spent, and also left me feeling judged/suspected by the employees. If an associate tells me they will box up my ring, I believe them. If I return to this location, I will leave wearing the jewelry I purchase in order to avoid another time-consuming and frustrating situation. P.S. The store manager was very polite and helpful throughout the entire experience!
