I thought for almost $300 dollars that the charms or at least the bracelet itself would be real sterling silver. The value of the charms were ok given their weight but I felt like my godmother was spending way too much knowing that these items will tarnish rather quickly if not stored or handled in a certain way. I’m 19 so I may not remember to do all the necessary things to preserve it.

Being my first Pandora purchase, everyone was excited about my purchase. The warm feeling of The associates was greatly appreciated. I actually went in to look at earrings and left with a bracelet

When I initially went in for my exchange, most of the items that I wanted to try were not in stock, I didn't get to see the necklace that I wanted prior to ordering it and it was actually thicker than what I wanted when it arrived. Also, it took almost 2 months for it to come in to the store.

The associate was not as helpful as previous Pandora experience with other associates at this location. She was not knowledgeable of the merchandise or helpful when trying to pair charms to start a new bracelet. She did not inform of the survey at the bottom of the receipt when I could have used that discount being that I made a 2nd Pandora purchase the very next day at a different location.

Mainly, the price. I can buy the same piece sold by Pandora through Amazon for much less. Since it’s sold directly by Pandora I feel like they should honor those prices as well. I more inclined to buy through Pandora on Amazon next time instead of the store to get a better price.

I was up from michigan visiting Probably won’t be back till after 90 days . But if not I will return to the store . Go every time I come up to Columbus .

I’m not sure the sales associate knew what she was doing, I think she did, but she had to ask questions, didn’t have keys for the case and didn’t have what she needed to cash out at the counter. Some of this may have been due to the volume of shoppers in the store.

It’s a nice store, classy store. So why did all your female associates have leggings on instead of actual adult clothing. That is rediculous. I don’t want to see that
