I went in knowing what type of charm I wanted and she was very helpful in showing me my options. I think the experience would be harder if I didnt know what I was looking for. A lot in the display was seasonal so it would be hard for someone that does not have an exact picture in their head. That is why I said satisfied rather than highly satisfied.

I paid cash for an item in Las Vegas at a store that apparently a corporate store. When I tried to return my item to the store in my town I was told it was a franchise store and they could not refund my money. They could give me a store credit though. She told me i could contact corporate to see if they could refund my money. The receipt states “Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If you are unhappy with this product we offer a 30 day refund on unused products with your receipt. It said nothing about the difference of a corporate or franchise store return. I paid cash for my purchase and it was not an option to get my cash back. I needed to take a store credit. I don’t think this was “exceeding my expectations” in any way. I will say all the sales and consumer affair personnel I talk with were very nice. I am still disappointed that getting my cash back, within the 30 days was not possible.
