We entered the store and there were 2 clerks. One was helping a customer and I believe the other was preparing to close the store. The 2nd clerk did not help us right away, which I thought was odd since there we no other customers in the store. Normally clerks help you right away of there are no other customers.

The associate kept trying to push a sale on clips for the bracelet. We just wanted a charm. But was happy with the charm we got.

I had purchased a bracelet which broke within 24 hours. I would have liked to have returned for a different bracelet so that I would not have to worry about the same thing occurring again, but was informed that I must keep the same bracelet. Also, was waiting in store for associate to be available and when I was explaining, an associate appeared from back.

The staff need to be more friendly. I felt that they should have told me about the promotion in the store. I had to ask if there was any promotions going on.

Maybe the prices of the charms sometimes are too expensive. But I like them.

My Pandora Polaris shopping experience would have been over the top if there were more of a selection of rose gold charms displayed . I think it’s time to make over the stores display. Display all of the products available categorized in sections. I like to see the charms!!
