I initially called EASTON to have the same service provided to me because it is closer to my house. I called EASTON 5 times and NEVER got an answer! Polaris took the time to answer my call and had the requested items and some other suggestions waiting for me when I arrived. I purchased 3 Mother’s Day items and a Ring for my youngest daughter. I am a BIG FAN of CUSTOMER SERVICE and very disappointed in EASTON because I built a relationship with them and now it is broken. I am a PREFERRED PANDORA MEMBER and I make SEVERAL purchases throughout the year, not sure that I will return to EASTON anytime soon.

The employees are provided great customer service. They make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase by taking time to help you find and create a unique piece

For some reason, as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in the store, it just felt like the associates did not want us to be there. (my boyfriend agreed with this sentiment as soon as we left the store and I mentioned that to him.) The first person who greeted us was very monotone like she did not want us to be there, and then, the person who helped us felt like they were just rushing us to make our purchase and get out even though she was very nice.

One of the charms I wanted to purchase was not in store(online stated 1 in store-system not updated). However, Associate was able to order from another store and had it shipped directly to my home :).
