The sale associate was a newer associate and when she asked for help for a senior associate she acted like we were a waste of her time. Going in your store unless you look like you have money to spend they don’t want to wait on you. My money spends the same way as everyone else’s.

Really the only problem that I had was they stopped me before I ever entered the store telling me that I need to put a mask on. However, there were three other ladies shopping without a mask on. Masks are not required now so I didn't realize that I needed one. No other store in the mall required them.

it was so busy the ladies did not have time to spend and the manager was not helpful, just barked orders and left girls alone

Was looking for special beads (sunflower) did not have. Moon and stars bead was not really viable because all decoration was on side. I may be a little too picky! But associate showed other beads instead.

The selection of family charms for grandmas and mothers is very limited and these are the people wearing charm bracelets.

Sales persons were not crossing off names after they called them causing confusion. Amelia D. Had difficulty understanding me when I told her I was next.

I went to Pandora to buy bracelet for my granddaughter. Everyone was nice and courteous. My interaction was more than satisfactory
